Student Non-Discrimination Act
The Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA) prohibits any school program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from discriminating against any public school student on the basis of actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.
Respect for Marriage Act
The Respect for Marriage Act (RMA) repeals DOMA and restores the rights of all lawfully married couples—including same-sex couples to receive the benefits of marriage under federal law.

Would require that school districts provide medically accurate and comprehensive sex education, including age-appropriate information on topics related to sexuality, including contraception, abstinence, and disease prevention.

Would provide family leave benefits to family members, including domestic partners, of state employees.

Would create a bill of rights for children in foster care which would include the right to be free from unfair treatment because of sexual orientation, gender identity, and other personal characteristics.
Arizona SB 1368
Would prohibit discrimination in employment based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Arizona SB 1410
Would require the school board to implement procedures protecting students from harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and other personal characteristics.
Arkansas HB 2176
Would prohibit a county or municipality from creating a domestic partnership registry or other certification process recognizing a domestic partner relationship not recognized by the state constitution. Existing laws creating such registries would be void.
